The crossed halter neckline is what makes this one, it frames your shoulders and looks like you dressed up without even trying. The fabric is soft with a light structure to it, so the pleats hold their shape while the legs move full and free.
The bodice sits fitted through the bust, then the wide legs fall long and dramatic from a pleated waist, with pockets tucked into the sides. It is the one piece you step into, and the whole outfit is simply done.
